Very unprofessional and only in it for easy money. I received notice that I was being mail audited by the IRS. I left a message with his firm re: my needs for review, clarification and education to address the upcoming issue. He called me and made an appointment for 2 days later. The morning of the appointment he called back and cancelled the appointment citing "my hesitation". When I asked him to clarify he became adamant, excessively firm and argumentative. I hung up on him.
As if a person being audited by the IRS is completely confident and not trembling a little as they stare into the face of a dragon! I needed certainty of my filing or awareness of my error (s) so that I could correct them... this guy's a PUTZ!!!
Ryon Jones has done my taxes several times. He has always been professional and curtious. His work is well done and he has handled issues that has arisen very satisfactorially
If he were really a professional, he could have kept the appointment and then determined if my issue was within his scope and ability. Instead he bailed prematurely based on his assumptions and fears.
