This place stands out. Some of the reviews I read before dining were flatly outrageous. How could you expect to have the best burger of your life at a place called the Peace Tree Juice Cafe? They had good smoothies, salads, breakfast entrees. Fresh ingredients. Moab has plenty of over-salted, over-seasoned fried food. This place is fairly minimal in its preparations, which I think is what you'd expect from the name and the ambiance.
Very good food with a juice and smoothie bar. The portions are gigantic. We had a vegan entree and vegetarian burger both were nice although too big for one person.
$11 for tacos that only cost $1 at a street vendor. Two errors in our breakfast order, including forgetting the $2 chorizo on the breakfast burrito (they didn't forget it on the bill though). Red onions in food that wasn't listed on the menu (allergy). Everything covered in cilantro. Which again would have been okay but it wasn't listed on the menu so I couldn't ask them to leave it off. They did keep our cups of coffee full, but overall over priced and more omissions on the menu than there should be and errors with the order. Won't be back again
The coconut crusted French toast was the tastiest thing I have eaten in a while!! Service was quick and friendly, food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was fun and colorful. The Chai Smoothie was absolutely divine... only wish I could have had the chance to try more of their smoothie and juice options. This place was well worth the price tag.
The food is over priced, their vegan and vegetarian options lack flavor. It's almost like the person who came up with this dishes either failed culinary school or their taste buds don't work. The service was very mediocre, you'd think that a place that had tourist passing by would have decent service. I think the busboys had more knowledge than the servers. I'm being generous with three stars because a musician came and started playing music. Also their kids menu sucks! Skip this place if you can.
