I gave Heidi the specifications for the van our family wanted. Heidi and Tanner found the perfect van with all the specs I requested. They gave us a great value for our trade in and were very prompt with the updates on the van delivery. We will definately do business with Crump Reese Moab again.
The worst customer service ever. I had my plugs and coil boots changed back in February. Last Friday I had a coil go out, so I replaced the bad coil. In the process of changing out the bad coil I found two of my connectors that plug into the coil broke, either the mechanic broke them or they where already broke. In either case I was not informed about it. 8 months later I found out about it myself, good thing the coil went out. Myself or my wife was not stranded in woodside or Indian canyon in the last two months that we traveled to Kamas. It boils down to bad mechanic work and bad ethics. Every time I deal with customer service they are rude and ignorant. I will never do business with Crump Reese and will make it know to all my friends and family.
Probably one of the best buying experiences that I have had the opportunity to have.
