I ran into a brake issue on a Friday afternoon while on a roadtrip. I stopped in at 4:45 pm (15 minutes before close) and Patrick was generous enough to stay past closing (until 7 pm...on a Friday night) to get me and another customer on the road again. We were stuck in the Arches Monument, at mp 18. The driver, Devin was polite and professional. Pat and the crew got to work immediately and fixed our Ranger in record time. They even loaned us a vehicle so that we could go home and check on our pups. Great service and extremely fair price.
Motor starts running a wee bit rough on a long road trip. I pulled the spark plugs myself and found a fouled plug. The guys at Arches Repair Center gave me great advice on how to make it back home, wouldn’t even take my money for their 20 minutes of chatting it up.
