We want to add ourselves to the list of Zinzi M Catering fans. Zinzi prepared and delivered the most wonderful food for a small post-wedding celebration for about 25 of us at a local Moab Hotel. The food was professionally presented and absolutely delicious! Her dressings and sauces are simple, yet outstanding. The bride and groom had requested a simple 2 tiered white wedding cake. Everyone raved about how flavorful it was and that it tasted truly homemade. My only regret is that we live 8 hours away and can't use her services more often! Zinzi is a truly talented chef and she made the evening special.
I ordered a cake from Zinzi for a very special birthday. I wanted something better than the average grocery store bakery. I could not believe it when I saw the cake she made! It was the most beautiful cake I've seen! Not to mention homemade, and tasted amazing! It was almost like wedding cake. Thank you Zinzi! I will definitely call you for special occasions.
We love Zinzi! What a delicious and professional meal she prepared for us for our son's rehearsal dinner. He selected a beautiful location in the desert, but few were willing to make the trip. Zinzi didn't mind and we are so happy that we selected her! The meal that she prepared made it an evening to remember! Elegant and sophisticated meal under the stars! Zinzi catering was great!!! Best food ever for our event in Moab. It is very cool that we can also use the catering for our camping day. After half day of hiking, it was great to have the pulled pork and ribs!!! It was just awesome, thanks!!!
