another co. in moab would have been about $ 70.00 cheaper then nelson's.
Had the part that I needed in stock and the service was friendly.
I called Nelson's to dispute a bill that was not mine. The administrative lady was so incredibly rude and hung up on me. She made a mistake and is mad at me that she messed up. I tried calling back to let her know that when I do need help Nelson's will not be getting the call but unfortunately she just picked up the phone and hung up. When they do work they do pretty good work but Moab Heat N Cool is my vendor of choice.
I GM a local restaurant and this is a top notch service vendor! Always helpful, quick and efficient! If I ever move wish I could take them with me.

I am extremely frustrated with Nelson's. Their servicemen were pleasant enough to work with but seemed to take a little longer than one might expect for regular maintenance (I just purchased the house and it had been serviced 4 months ago to boot). I just received the bill and it is EXHORBITANT. I called Nelson's and was told that they cannot give me an estimate for service because "you never know what will happen." Fair enough. However, they wouldn't even give me an estimate for standard maintenance service. Just FYI, Moab Heat & Cool will happily give an estimate and gives discounts for a one-year (twice/year) contract. Furthermore, should you want a one-time service, their estimate is VERY REASONABLE (apx $95) compared with the routine maintenance that I received at Nelson's. I was charged $205 at Nelson's with nothing out of what could be described as "routine" aside from one filter replacement which I owned. I will NEVER go to Nelson's again and will absolutely encourage others to go to Moab Heat & Cool. Clearly a change for the better.
I think $2.00 a mile on top of the service call is a bit to much.
