Been a loyal customer here for the 2 years since I moved to Moab even though the other hardware store in town is in a more convenient location and has a larger selection of most items. BUT... I tried to return some unneeded hardware today and was promptly informed that they don't take ANY returns or EXCHANGES without a receipt. Unfortunately the homeowner I have been working for threw the receipt away. Crappy policy? YES. NOT the hometown local small store service I would expect. I guess that other hardware store is going to get all of my business from now on.
Helpful staff, if they don't have something (unusual) it will be there the next day. Not open Sundays.
