Only accepts cash for the tickets and all concessions. They advertise they have an ATM inside that doesn't work. Only has 3 small theaters. Movie screen was good and sound was pretty good too
Grumpy owner... Seats torn and failing... Only show in town... Bring cash... Smells of barf... Any time there's only one, customer service wanes...
When you have a longterm problem with a manager/owner who can't perform to any level of respectability it usually gets resolved at some point. From what I've heard he is the son, so in a small town, when your sons incapable of doing anything else & you just can't cut the cord, you get bad results & upset customers time & time again which drag your business down to whatever basement dwelling level that bad person may be on. I used to see movies constantly, moved here 3 years ago, gave it 2 chances, & even when a huge film comes out I just can't justify going here so I either find a reason to drive all the way to Grand Junction & stay late there, or I just don't see it & maybe buy it when it comes out for sale if I want it bad enough. If you have gone or do go in the future, you will know immediately who I am talking about when all these reviews keep saying that 1 bad owner etc. You can tell almost instantly by the way he just carries himself & how he responds to customers. He never earned or deserved it, just some guys son.
