I had a terrible experience with the owner and an employee, very superficial people!!
The people and spa itself were very nice, but the actually massage experience was poor.
My husband had a wonderful experience here. We decided to spoil ourselves after a weekend of hiking and loved every second of it! It's a wonderful atmosphere, and I loved that we were greeted with chilled water and sparkling cherry drinks. We also added the seasonal back scrub and the hot stone foot/leg massage to our treatments. Both were wonderful! I highly recommend Spa Moab!
My sister, daughter and I stumbled upon this tasteful spa during a recent (and unexpectedly chilly) visit to Moab. Candice was outstanding. She tended to my 11-year-old in a very down-to-earth, informative, warm fashion, explaining that skin is a body's largest organ, so it's important to take care of yours and use products that, when absorbed, do no harm to your body as a whole. Her emphasis on "beauty" was whole-minded and very much appreciated by this mom.
The sweetest people incredibly attentive and very nice Services! Perfect place to go after a week of hiking.
My daughter had a facial, but I chose the pedicure and was pampered with fresh juice, chocolate and a heated shoulder wrap. Candice used products that did not assault my nose and was a wonderful conversationalist (although I got the sense she would have given me brain space if I had tended toward being less talkative). Really a great place. We will go back!
I went here based on the reviews and was very disappointed. My wife and I got their couples massage package for $190. I filled out on the paperwork that I had back/neck pain and I wanted hard/deep tissue pressure. When I spoke to the therapist I repeated what I wrote on the paper and that I needed special attention around the neck and feet. It basically felt like she was just rubbing oil on me and there wasn't anything past light pressure and a couple passes over the neck. I figured she was just easing into deep tissue pressure but it just never came and before I knew it she was done. All the tension and pain in my back and neck still remained and now I'm out almost $200. My wife ended up giving me a massage when I got back to the lodge.
