Cool stuff!
I am truly sympathetic to the two previous reviewers of this gift shop.
I was in Moab for summer 2009 and visited The Pinyon Tree Gift Shop. I spoke with the manager, Julie, for quite a while, who provided wonderful customer service and support, helping me find gifts that I needed or might even be interested in for all of the upcoming birthdays I had, while simultaneously helping other customers as well. She personally rang up my very delicate purchases and packed them very well, assuring me that if anything broke on the car ride home to northern Utah, that she would send me a replacement if I simply sent her the damaged items. When we returned home, there was no need to ask for replacements, as all of the items were still intact. This store has a great assortment of gifts and home decor, as well as wonderful customer service on the right day.
