Excellent people. Every guy I've met there is so helpful and friendly. They have gone way beyond what I expected every time I've been there---which is often the way I keep breaking my truck!
Travis was super accommodating. He didn't stand to make a lot of money off of our group and yet he was amazingly friendly, helpful and went out of his way to make sure that our visit to Moab was a fun one. I was LITERALLY amazed that he was so giving of his time and resources to make sure that we had a good vacation. In my experience, treating others well is more important to him than profiting off of them. That is the highest character that a small business owner can have. I highly recommend this business. Aside from how well we were treated, it was obvious that these guys know what they are doing when it comes to vehicles of all types.
My jeep’s clutch tore apart in the middle of Main Street in Moab, just before closing time of most repair shops in town. My insurance originally directed me to Arches repair shop, who I called to inform my jeep would be towed there 5 min before closing. I live about three hours away, so I asked if Arches could just look at it to tell me if it was a quick fix or a multi-day fix, so I’d know whether to get a hotel room or get a ride home. The lady who answered wasn’t the most patient or the nicest, and there was no budging her on getting any help whatsoever. I was a little bit desperate and the situation was becoming more and more frustrating, but then my tow truck driver told me about Moab 4x4 outpost. These guys were amazing from the start. Even though it was two minutes passed closing time when I called, they took my jeep in no problem and stayed an extra half hour to determine the problem. Then they told me an estimated cost, which they were VERY fair on, and told me they would get it fixed first thing in the morning so I could go home. Sure enough, first thing in the morning I got a phone call from them and my jeep is running better than ever. So I repeat: THESE ARE YOUR GO-TO JEEP GUYS. Forget Arches, Moab 4x4 outpost was beyond helpful, friendly, timely and fair. I’m so grateful!

I got my jeep in last minute with same day service. I had a suspension issues with my teraflex lift. When I went in the showroom they had several boxes of teraflex products, axles, and 4x4 parts available which set my mind at easy that they were knowledgeable and knew how to fix the problem. Travis was a nice guy and delivered on the fact that the jeep was done in just a few hours and the work was reasonably priced. Good guys, good shop, good location.
