I agree with the previous reviewer in saying the gentleman was very rude and not helpful at all. "You can see I'm busy" he said as I walked in. Well, he clearly does't need the additional business so do him a favor and choose another repair guy.
I'd been hobbling along in my rented RV for over a week with black water valve issues. Nasty business so I won't go into detail. Cruise America didn't help much so I ended up googling for service I desparately needed here in Moab UT. I was ready to high tail it back, turn the thing in and go home half way through our vacation. John, wonderful John, the owner of Red Rock Repair came TO ME and to the rescue on a white horse in shining armor. Well, a white truck and the appearance of a hard working man. He is competent, knowegable had a great sense of humor through it all, knew and did what was needed to eradicate the black water waste issue I had been dealing with the entire first week of my rented RV. For Cruise America to turn over a living space to us in this condition is unforgivable and disgraceful ! Thanks John! You saved the day!!! Warm Regards, Maryland
Excellent experience. Had a starter go out on our RV and he was responsive and came to us same day and got it in. He was there after dark doing it with a head lamp. His fees were reasonable for on-site service. If you have an issue in Moab, he's a good one to call.
i used to work for this guy. And I would not recommend anyone go to this business. He is just there to get your money and he is not really all there. He has the attitude that he is better then everyone. And he is not definitely take your Business elsewhere.
What a joke they promise they will be there then don't show we gave the 1st time respect but waiting the 2nd then they say they will be here with part they are a JOKE PROFESSIONALLY!!!!
