We were visiting Moab and ran into a contact lens issue. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to get us the correct lenses. I highly recommend them!

I have never had a problem and I love Dr. Hackney, but after today I don't plan to go back. Usually when offices (ie doctors dentist eye doctors) schedule appointments that have to fall on certain days to meet your insurance requirements, it has always been my experience that they've double-check those days before scheduling my appointment. Not the case and Doctor Hackneys office. I guess you have to keep track of your own insurance dates even though the last day you were in their office is in their computer when they pull up your records to schedule your new appointment. They scheduled my appointment two days shy of the year mark for my insurance period. So after a 2-hour Drive, half a day off work, and kids missing half a day of school, they said there was nothing they could do for me except for tell me I could pay out of pocket for my visit or go home and reschedule. Needless to say I'm looking for a new eye doctor.
They have been my dedicated optometrist for years they are what i would recommend to anyone and everyone.
