It may look odd on the outside but inside is amazing. Beds were so comfy I could have stayed there my entire vacation. Staff was super friendly to us and the continental breakfast was top notch. When they say big breakfast they don't lie. I'd stay here again and again for sure!
The rooms were recently renovated which was nice. We enjoyed that there was coffee and treats available in the afternoon. Breakfast was good. The young man who checked us in was pretty rude but other staff were friendly.
The only reason there's one star is because there's no other option.
In the room, it still smells and the windows don't even open to air it out. The dry wall is warped as if there was water damage and the ceiling is caved in. There's stains on the sheets that I assume are supposed to be white, but are actually tinge yellow.
Located very close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.
toilet sounds like jet engine. neighbors toilet is louder. shower randomly goes hot and cold. room ok. lamp shades covered in plastic.. nice to have a ceiling fan.
Good for the price. Pool and hot tub is a huge plus. Clean and big rooms. Everything is more than what you'd expect from a Days Inn. The breakfast could be better though. Maybe unflavored yogurt, a gluten free breakfast option like fruit or gluten free granola. Fruit that was there tasted very old.
DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! We came during thanksgiving week so rooms in Moab were hard to come by. The pictures that were advertised online are either filtered or taken of a completely different room. The lobby looks like you just walked into a run down trailer home. We arrived around 7pm to check in and the desk clerk, who was nice, informed us they are overbooked and tomorrow they may need to change our rooms...but offered nothing else. Our room was located upstairs. As soon as you hit the staircase (no elevator) it smells TERRIBLE, it's hard to describe...a mix between mold, cigarettes, and prostitute snatch.
