Very fun area! There's a variety of hikes accessible from the trailhead, of many different lengths. Be sure to take water--there's not a ton of shade in most areas!
Wow. What an amazing place to explore. Bring lots of water and good hiking shoes. Some parts of the trails require light rock scrambling, exposure to heights, and general rough terrain. Be sure to pick up a map at the visitor center.
This is one of only two places water is available in the park (the other is the Visitor Center). Bathrooms are also available.
I wish there was more parking at the trailhead but the trails are awesome! Be prepared for high temperatures and not a lot of shade. Take lots of water!
Abundant parking (but arrive early during peak seasons) and restroom facilities to embark on one of the great hikes in the United States. Highly recommend this hike, whether the 2 mile round trip to Landscape Arch, the 4-mile round trip to Double O Arch, or the full 7 mile Primitive Loop. One of the best hikes in Utah and in the United States.
You'd better have good two hours to check out all the amazing arches and control your time carefully, even if you are a confident hiker and won't get lost into false trails as I did around Double O Arches where the trail signs are kind of confusing. Strictly follow the park's instruction of closing time and get back before the valley getting dark which would be extremely dangerous.
