My husband and I had a wonderful meal at Desert Bistro during our recent trip to Moab. I'm gluten sensitive, and our server went above and beyond to make sure I was accommodated. The restaurant has lovely seafood options (apparently flown in direct from Hawaii and never frozen). I typically am NOT the kind of person who orders a $55 piece of fish (which included a really delicious salad, to increase the value quotient), but I have to say it was worth it. Dessert was fantastic as well. It was definitely a high-end/special occasion kind of meal, but we enjoyed our splurge.
Cute little Bistro off main drag. Only 6 tables make for a cozy atmosphere so make sure you get reservations. The aroma of the place strikes as you open the door. You'll know you are in for.something special. Great service! Awesome meals from appetizers, wine menu and entrees to desserts. A bit spendy but well worth the experience.
Exceptional service and environment. Wonderful meal with dinner and drinks. Will certainly return.
Lovely atmosphere! Bambi is an excellent server. Always superior offerings including the daily catch (fresh from Hawaii) and a refined wine list. Excellent desserts! Always a wonderful culinary experience. The owners (Karl & Michelle) have assembled a wonderful menu well worth a step up in dining.
I wish I can get this a 6 out of 5 because the staff was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. The food was outstanding and the drink list was amazing. I guess the only downside is it is a little pricey
