Came here twice and might make it a third time before we travel on. No waiting lines, fast and good service, excellent food ( ordered combo platter and a burrito verde ) and friendly staff. Nachos and salsa before the food are addictive. Very colorful place too, can definitely recommend a visit! ( Or 2 like us, possibly 3 if we go again tomorrow)
We chose Fiesta Mexicana based on its 4.2 star rating, but were very disappointed. I had a taco salad with shredded beef. The beef was missing any seasoning and sopping wet with water that soaked through the flour shell of my salad. There was a lot of lettuce piled on top, and some sour cream and guacamole, but nothing else. This was a tasteless, unappealing, and very substandard meal. The only thing that was good was my bottle of Corona. Based on the other good reviews, perhaps we picked the wrong night and there was nobody with any real cooking skill in the kitchen when we were there. In any case, we'll avoid this place in the future when we're in Moab.
I really enjoyed my meal, the service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I got the beef fajitas, they came out sizzling with tons of toppings. Their water glasses are huge, and the atmosphere is fun. Unheard them sing a birthday song to someone and they did a phenomenal job. Great place to eat if you're looking for a Mexican restaurant.
Our server was not the friendliest of them all. We had many good interactions with other servers but ours... The food came out fast and it was pretty tasty. If you are looking for amazing tortillas this is not the place. If you are looking for great rice this place is great. I had the nachos with beef. It was awesome. My wife had the tamales and the tostada's she liked both of them. My son had the been and cheese burrito, and he also loves it. All and all good food and service.
Excellent food, so good we went here twice over the course of a 4 day vacation. Meal size is also big enough for leftovers to be a second meal. Nice staff, great service, low wait time. Highly recommend!
