True BBQ! Maybe the best I've ever had. Hands down this place is amazing. True BBQ with a nice team. The pit master is so knowledgeable and the ribs are out of this world. I can't wait to book them for a catering next time im in town with a group. I will be back.
Recommended by a friend in Denver. Every time I come to Moab I'm going to stop by Spitfire! Good amount of food for the dollar. Great sauces. I wish I had a time machine so I can time travel to just before my meal so I can eat it again :)
What a delicious surprise! NEVER underestimate the power of a food truck. Delicious pulled pork and great casual atmosphere. I will be back every time I'm visiting Moab. Yum

The husband and wife duo are some of the kindest and welcoming people you will come across here in Moab. They moved here a couple of months ago after their kids grew up and moved out of the house to start their dream jobs of running a smokehouse. I'll tell you the potato salad is one of the most amazing potato salads I have ever tasted - and I don't say that lightly! Come here if you are looking for family-oriented, outdoor seating, good old fashioned BBQ. It's not expensive either! Highly highly recommend.
