If you have never stayed in an RV but want to try, this was perfect. There are a couple of other locations as well.
They are currently building "tiny homes" at the Red Rock Location....might want to try those in the future.
Such an amazing place! Couple things, all great: Sam was wonderful with communication, location (coffee looking at the red rocks, what can be better) it is just a bit out of town, so you need a car, not walking to town. Good thing about that, it's private. Our trailer was so clean and comfortable. Sheets were so soft, towels were fluffy and the beds....brand new, comfortable, not the mattress that comes with a trailer...very much an upgrade.
Tripped across this place quite accidentally, and was very unsure about booking our reservation here. ZERO REGRETS. Lovely tiny house, very comfortable, clean, and fun features! A quality experience for a fraction of the price for a sub-par hotel room! Highly recommend this delightful alternative!
This is such a great idea. They really do have everything you need. We went hiking all day, came back to a cool trailer showered, and made smores by the fire! The kids loved it! It's all the best parts of camping without camping, and all the best parts of a hotel without the hotel. We cooked an amazing breakfast and took off for the hills! What an amazing trip, we all can't wait to come again! Thank you Sam for everything!
Fantastic place! It was perfect for my kids and I to stay while visiting Arches National Park. The RV was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing vacation!

This was a great place to stay! Granted, we were out running around the entire time we were in Moab, but this was a nice and clean place to crash every night. The RV had everything we needed and was easy to set up. Sam and Amy were very responsive, and the entire experience was laid back and easy. We would definitely stay here again or recommend it to friends.
