Called with very short notice, friendly help over the phone. Got to the store, friendly and fair service. Got a great BLAZE bike to rent. Got excellent tutoring about biking. These guys are great. Also, very close to main and not far from the bike trail. No need to haul the rented bike anywhere if you don't want to do so!
This bike shop is the raddest. While I was biking on Friday in Moab, I noticed that my front and back brakes were getting pretty bad and needed to be bled. We were on our way back into town and saw that they were one of the only bike shops open until 7PM. So we rolled in there about 6:50PM and asked them if they could bleed my brakes by the following morning at 10AM so we could keep biking. They said they could squeeze us in and have it done by 10. The next morning, we showed up at 10 and they were just finishing up my bike. It was incredible! Their prices are a little high, but that's probably just because it's Moab. $35 for each brake bleed. The staff is awesome too. Really chill guys.
These guys really went out of their way to help us with a couple of bike rentals when no one else in town had any (our fault for waiting until noon on a Saturday to rent bikes). Ten (that's his name) was so kind and helpful. He suggested where to go ride (Navajo- 7 up trail) and even pretzeled himself into our truck bed camper to help get the bikes to fit. All in all a wonderful experience and well worth the price. Thanks guys!
I have a 20 year old mountain bike that serves me very well. My cable broke, and I needed a new shifter. I stopped in around 4 in the afternoon. They not only had the part, they could fix it that afternoon. Incredible! I was on my way within a couple of hours, for about $50. Sweet. Highly recommend this shop. Staff was nice and very helpful.
So grateful for the help we recieved. I took my daughters bike in for a broken brake lever. When he was done the bike was like brand new. He took time to fix unsafe equipment and it was affordable enough for a single mom. A big thanks from our whole family.
