Very helpful shop and have a broader range of stock than most of the others in town which seem more MTB focused.
Nice rental bikes and staff. Even mechanics wearing Slayer shirt. Can't go wrong with that!
Bikes were in great shape when we rented. Brought them back after 2 days biking slick rock and porcupine rim trails, with a tiny dent in the frame of one, and a small scratch on the fork of another. Neither impaired functionality in the least, but we were told that they would affect how much the bikes could be sold for at the end of the season. So we were charged $75 for the dent and $25 for the scratch. $100, plus tax!
As a new biker, I really appreciate the service here. They answer all my questions without making me feel dumb; they just want to help me ride!
If you rent here (which I do not recommend), expect to pay much, much more than advertised. They are anal about their bikes on check in, and all they care about is how much they can re-sell their bikes for at the end of the season. If they don't feel they can get top dollar (and why should they? . . . these are rental bikes), you will be charged the difference.
