We own an auto repair shop, so first and foremost service is key. We were given the business card by O'Reilly Parts when our steering gear box went out in Moab. Went online to check hours of operation, costs things like that. We did not need the lift, just the floor space, so $25 but you have to call about the tools so we called at 12:15. No answer just a machine. No hours listed on the machine. So we drove out there to see if they were busy or if hours were posted on the door, because we're on vacation and we need to know how long this is going to take for them to open up. No hours posted, no one in the shop. 1.5 hours later still no return phone call. Are they closed for Friday, are they closed for the weekend? We don't know because the website and the machine don't have any hours listed. Waste of our time. Great idea, again, service is key or at least put the hours so that people know if they're going to be able to get in.
