We're traveling in an RV with a stop in Moab. Our PC had died. Kal gave me some great suggestions to try to recover. Unfortunately his suggestions didn't solve the problem and we didn't have time to take it in for him to do more in depth troubleshooting. Was very pleased with the assistance he provided.

Canyonlands Computers recently helped me purchase a new Surface tablet with Windows 10 on it. I was immensely impressed with Kai’s broad knowledge of computers and the fact he’s very detail oriented. Kai was also gracious enough to make several trips to my residence to offer much needed assistance. He also gave me a list of online tutorials that proved to be a big help!
I took my computer there because it shut down and wouldn't turn on. He had it for a month. He diagnosed what later turned out to be the wrong problem and bent the case. He also didn't admit to bending it. Another company fixed the actual problem (graphics card) and straightened out the case too.
