Great place overall, very helpful and friendly. Brought my laptop in and had it repaired. David did an excellent job, computer was ready the next day (on a weekend no less), and for a very reasonable repair cost. At pickup, David explained what the problem was, and told me if there are any more problems, to bring it back in as the work is guaranteed for 45 days. Thanks David and Royce's Electronics!
To reflect the sentiment of others, the customer service is great, but it's a small store so the selection is somewhat limited. That said, I was in town for work and had an urgent need for a power inverter to charge some surveying equipment. They were very helpful in making sure I got exactly what I needed, and I was out the door quickly. It was a great experience, and they were truly lifesavers. Without them, I would have lost almost a whole day's work, but with their great help and a $35 part, I was on my way without skipping a beat.
I've been looking around for a particular mobile charger for days and they had it! This literally saved my vacation from being a complete disaster. Solid customer service too. I really appreciate the person taking some time to make me feel welcome in the city of Moab.
Great customer service. Has batteries and CB equipment for all Jeepers and 4x4 enthusiasts in Moab UT. I hope this Radio Shack dealer continues to survive. I wish more Radio Shacks would have followed this example then they would still be around.
