Fantastic service. We use TechZen all the time at our hotel and they never disappoint. Highly recommend.
They put some sort of aftermarket screen on my phone, and almost immediately I noticed the color of the screen was extremely blue tinted along with almost constant glitching of the touch screen. While they offered to fix it if I ship it to them, they have not offered to cover the cost of an expedited delivery or another party in my hometown to fix it. I will now have to shell out another 80 to fix it locally.
These guys know what they are doing! See them before going to the local Verizon Wireless store for any phone issues. The folks at Tech Zen are much more likely to solve your problem. They are friendly, knowledgable, and fast!

My phone isn't even fixed yet and I love them. Super friendly staff, I walked in having just smashed my phone 20 minutes ago. Since I'm on a roadtrip and in the middle of text conversations with employers, I need that working ASAP. The lady behind counter insures me it will be fixed within the hour, which means I can hang out at McStiff's, order a beer, and wait patiently.
These guys are incredible! Had to come in during our vacation because iphone wasn't working and Apple couldn't figure out why. These guys solved it in just a few minutes and were very well priced. We would seriously consider sending our repairs from NYC to this place because they were THAT GOOD. (They also gave us awesome tips for visiting the parks in the area
