The long horn lodge is a really nice place to stay. The rooms are big and clean. Additional there is a nice pool. They even have a good steakhouse next to the hotel and there are many other activities, which one they provide.
Stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. You can book here but need to weeks in advance. The room I got was by the swimming pool, very quiet but the room had an old musty stench smell, probably the carpet needed to be replaced. It was close walking distance to a few restaurants like the The Blue Pig which had good barbecue pork.
Nice staff and warm welcome. Room was clean. But all in all very oldfashioned. The bathroom is very tiny. Tea and coffe in the room was terrible.
Fair prices. Clean Safe location. Pool great at the end of a hot day of riding motorcycles. Nearby restaurants.
