This place was everything we needed! Service was great and the room was clean. Pet friendly, which is a huge plus. Definitely the best deal In Moab.
Good value for downtown Moab. Small rooms. Basic essentials. Nice hot tub. Walk to restaurants and super market/pharmacy. Overall, good hotel.

I’ve stayed at the same place twice over the past five years that I’ve visited Moab to hike and explore Arches and Canyonlands National parks. I’ve always found the people who work there are very courteous. Parking is convenient. There’s a small kitchenette that one can use and the rooms are cozy. What I would say is that sometimes it’s difficult to find the place as a car dealership next to it has put up signs that can block the sign for the entrance to this place. Otherwise this place is very convenient to many other places in Moab, whether to go out for an evening or just walk around the center of town.
This an older motel is is tidy, well kept, clean and has some real character. Pine paneled rooms and updated baths make the stay comfortable. To their credit the owners don't jack up rates when they're getting low on rooms and, depending on the timing, it's one of Moab's best deals.
