The room was clean, well-appointed and didn't smell, have broken equipment, and so on. There's an in-room safe that we didn't bother using. The breakfast experience: the standard waffle and juice approach worked well, but the conference room setup was loud and felt poorly arranged. A minor ding on an otherwise great stay; we'll be back for sure.
They have done a remodel recently and the hotel just feels better. I love that they have some rooms with 3 queen size beds! Breakfast was great way to start our days before heading out to see Moab and arches. Rooms were clean. Hotel easy to get in and out of. Hallways are small so don't really hear people walking up and down the halls. Pool is nice with the indoor outdoor layout and the hot tub felt great after a long day hiking and biking. I've stayed there twice and will continue to use. I think you'll be happy you stayed in this hotel.
Clean and comfortable. Good experience for the price. Staff friendly and welcoming. Location on the further end of town from Arches...hard to walk to town from here. Plenty of parking! Right next to Blue Pig, nice BBQ joint with live music. Free breakfast is nothing to write home about.. I'd pass on that and drive into town for breakfast. Otherwise no complaints!
Great location. Excellent price for a nice, clean, comfortable room. Hotel has great amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here!
Lots of good stuff going on here. Nice pool +hottub, good bed, good water pressure made a great shower and OK price. Not so great was the breakfast. Some daylight or new furniture in the breakfast room would help and some more healthy food + good coffee too. Overall: 4 stars.
Surprisingly reasonable pricing at this time of year (first week of November with no major events). Front-desk manager was professional, courteous and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. The room surprised and impressed us in all the right ways. We asked for a quiet area of the hotel, since the manager mentioned that several rooms were vacant, and we got exactly that, on the new third floor. The previous night at a different hotel, we cursed street noise and the neighboring room's TV all night long. At the Moab Valley Inn, I woke up a couple times in the early AM and heard ... absolutely nothing. It was glorious.
