This hotel was so wonderful! My family and I are on a national park trip and our third stop was Arches/Moab. Our room was affordable, clean, so comfortable - probably the best hotel bed I've ever slept in and I've traveled a lot. The ladies at the reception desk, especially Anna and Angelica, were so wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was great! Best eggs and sausage I've had in a hotel. Definitely stay here when in Moab!
Definitely old. But clean and fine for an overnight stay. A handwritten piece of paper taped to the entrance said it was a former Sleep Inn. The bed was pretty hard and the bath towels were very flat, not fluffy at all. But for the price on a busy Saturday night in July, it was okay.
Pretty good experience overall. The shower and the chair in our room we're both a little dirty, but otherwise it was a good stay. I really appreciate that they kept the coffee/tea/hot cocoa fully stocked regardless of time of day. An unexpected perk was a massage chair in our room!
Great rooms, though somewhat unaccomodating to mountain bikes. And, the hot tub is really more of a "slightly less warm than body temperature" tub. And they wouldn't, or couldn't, bring the temp up...
Check in and check out was quick and painless and the staff was friendly. Room was ok. It had definitely seen better days and was dated. The room did have a massage chair which was nice. Breakfast was ok. I would say that it had fewer options than other hotel chains.
