The room was a non smoking room someone had been smoking in, and was disgusting, but was the only room he could grace me with. The shower had leaked to create water damage and mold in the bathroom. But again, it was all he could do for me, or send me on the street. I called reservations to confirm my reservation from the room, and my displeasure and sent over an hour speaking with people at CHOICE about my experience. I've never been so upset, embarrassed, disappointed, or miserable with a hotel experience before. Upon check out, this person wasn't even at the desk, I had to ring the bell for him to return my key. Throughout my stay, he would never say hello to me or acknowledge me when I walked by the desk. I'm completely disappointed with the service I received.
Helpful front desk staff. Walked in at last minute but was served with friendly attitude. Clean rooms central and had a pool. Breakfast that came with the room was average but not bad. Can recommend
There was enough long black hair in the tub that it could been a small mouse. the phone never worked in the 3 days we were there despite telling the staff, and i use the term loosely, i requested to speak to the manager but they were never there. Breakfast was inedible, the eggs in a bag were soaked in water,the bacon was so greasy, they puddled on a paper plate, i didn't think that could happen. the potato's were not even cooked. all in all it was one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. If i could give it zero stars i would.
Good place. the room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was a little bit too soft for us, but might be good for others.
When I returned to the first hotel I was told by his good grace (employee who had no name tag on), he would let me stay the night, even though I proved the reservation to him again. He said he created that for me instantly, but I had no room without him. He was very threatening.
When I arrived, I went to check in and was told I was at the wrong hotel. I provided my confirmation number. I was told again I was in the wrong place and sent to the Sleep Inn down the block. When I arrived there, I was told I was at the wrong hotel, and the person there called the correct hotel, which was the first one. She was told that I was a day late for my reservation, and my room was canceled, but they would squeeze me in.
Marked down one star because 1) there was a dead cockroach in the toilet when we came in. It was a little bit gross. 2) the heater in the room was kind of old and loud. We can even hear our neighbor's heater running.
No complaints overall. It is a bit dates/worn. The check-in desk could use refinishing. The rooms, particularly the bathrooms could use renovation. The toilet is a bit close to the toilet paper holders. The room itself seems to have one too many tables for the amount of space there is in the room. Check-in staff was good, maid service was good, and breakfast attendants were good.
