We took a family trip and rented this for our stay and it was a total success. It slept 10 comfortably (even before realized there were two pull out beds in one of the closets) Plenty of space with a home feel. The property was clean and neat inside and outside. The tv's see small and outdated but we weren't their to watch tv. I'd stay there again. it was a great price as well.
Loved staying here during our family vacation in July of 2017. The rooms were adequate in size, with a TV in each room. The kitchen and dining was full sized with a dishwasher and microwave. Two bathrooms, three bedrooms, kitchen, dining, living room, outdoor patio with a grill, laundry, spacious garage, and swimming pool access! The master bedroom (and en suite) was very roomy as well! Will definitely stay again when I visit Moab. Just a couple minutes drive from downtown Moab.
The condo we stayed at was not kept very well.Both tubs were very slow to drain, carpet tack strip was exposed in high traffic areas....told the kids to watch your step every 5 min. Not stocked with the basics, salt, pepper, Pam spray............... The cleaners were still on site well after our check in time.....we had to wait 45 min to enter the house after a 4 hour drive. I could go on for an hour. It could have been nice.... maybe better management.
The condo was amazing!! They offer two bathrooms, 4 beds and a great kitchen. It's nice and cozy and I enjoyed my stay!!
Very clean and nice pool. Has good kitchen for quick breakfast before hiking. 5 minutes from main city.
