Pretty much your standard overnight hotel. Check in is easy, check out is easy. Parking is right next to your room, breakfast could have been better but it was good enough to not have to go to McDonald's. We stayed there for two nights. Hot tub outside is enjoyable but the water could have been just a little bit warmer. It's right next to the lobby though so super short walk to get there. Overall it's my goto spot for Moab.
I do not recommend this hotel!! I have had to contact this hotel 3 times concerning my reservation and when I checked out my charge was extremely higher than the price I was quoted. I was told I didn't need a confirmation email that I just needed a number. If you decide to stay here, make sure you get a confirmation email. I was told by the office staff that they couldn't do anything about my problem because I booked through Wyndham. This is the company that owns this hotel. My receipt says if I have any problems to go to the office of my hotel. I will never stay at a Super 8 again.
My family and I recently stayed at this hotel, we booked through price line. The rooms were updated and nice for the price, the pool was clean. All was well until I awoke to something causing my ankle to itch. Upon further inspection we discovered a bed bug. I was only able to locate the 1 but that was enough to prompt an earlier than planned departure. I called to inform the manager, Ronnie, and she stated she would investigate and call me back. The following day still no call. I called her and she insinuated that we had brought them with us. I assure you that we had not. We then noticed our card was charged an additional $116+ change from the hotel directly, so we called yet again. The over charge was rectified and credited however due to the dissapointingly poor handling of said bed bugs I will not return to this hotel nor recommend it.
Check in was easy. Pool and hot tubs clean area looked very nice. Closely located too many restaurants and attractions. Beds were comfortable and clean. Handicap parking was plentiful as well as plenty of parking in the area.
A great asset to have when returning home from a long day on the trail. Very comfortable beds, great service from the front desk to the maid service. Denny's is a short walk away and the main strip of Moab is about a quarter mile away. Highly recommend. The only slight is that it is 200 a night if you are not a Wyndham rewards member or savvy enough to find a deal.
