The shade provided by the trees and canopy/cover was perfect for the hot Moab weather. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were smooth, it was easy to make reservations. The showers and bathrooms were clean and spacious. There is a sink to wash your dishes. There is a pool, it looks like it needed some cleaning, and two hot tubs. The sites are pretty small but if you're not planning on hanging out at camp all day they work great for sleeping purposes. Overall we were happy with our stay and will come back.
The amenities are excellent, the bathroom was extremely close and always clean as well as stocked. The pool was so refreshing in the afternoon heat.
Now the negative part. Now I know this doesn't have anything to do with the campground itself. That's why I am still rating the site 4 stars. But the negative was the campers. Being that there is pretty much nothing around every time someone walks around or especially drives around, you notice it. There were an excess amount of people slamming their car doors at night and in the wee hours of the morning. It's common courtesy to be quiet on a campsite at night and in the morning. Not here though. Maybe I'm being a grumpy old man, but that really bugged me while I was there.
Not the best set up for tents but was a nice convenient place to stay. The ground is like cement and there is no grass. I had to borrow a heavy hammer to get my stakes in, they are trashed. Bathrooms were quaint, but clean. The prices were reasonable for the area. The security was good and the other campers were courtious. I would stay here again. The pub next door has excellent food and within walking distance.
Decent place. Good location. Wifi isn't great but cable is better than others we've been at. We were able to get our 38ft plus trailer in a pull through easily enough. Spots are on the tighter side but tree cover is a plus.
I spent the extended weekend here over Labor day. Overall the campground was good. The only complaint I have with the campground itself is that the tent sites are pretty close together and there is almost no privacy at all between them.
In particular we had a double tent site and was really 2 campsites that were split in a corner. Our site was quite large. As I said we were pretty jam packed and on top of 2 other tent sites and an RV.
Decent place, great location just outside of town so quicker access to Arches and Canyonlands. 5-6 showers with good pressure, nice staff. Packed in spots but that's to be expected.
