4 washer loads of dirty towels were left by previous guests (ICK!!)
Very complex TVs with no guide or instructions how to use (satellite? DirectTV? I don't know!)
Beds were comfy and plenty of hot water. No local number to call for assistance; 800 number took more than an hour to call back and did not help.
ice maker woke us up every night until we disabled it
it is 2 stories up very steep stairwell (no elevator) so hauling lots of gear
