Much better than the condos.
The condo is well equipped with kitchen and bath amenities, very clean and comfortable. It's a short drive to the trail heads and close to town, but just far enough to be out of the congestion.
We were a fairly large group (6 adults) that stayed for a weekend at the end of June. This property was perfectly situated- especially if you want easy access to town, the standard tourist activities, and prime, off-the-beaten path, 'locals only' fun.
Some of our friends stayed at local campgrounds and cabins, and now wish they'd stayed here.

The condo was clean and comfortably furnished, the fridge was stocked with cold water bottles, and the living room flat screen had cable TV... If that's why you came to Moab to do... and most importantly - during the scorching summer months - excellent air-conditioning!
We drove out from South Carolina for the Jeepster Commando 50th Anniversary. We had an excellent week in Moab, and staying in this condo made it easy and comfortable!
