Save your money, they're extremely over priced and staff in the store was rude.
Not sure who Jeffrey Loewe visited, but it wasn't the Wild West Voyages I visited. The staff are all extremely accommodating and helpful, knowledgeable about the river, and eager to make each guest feel welcome. I've used their services three times, for 4-person raft, 8 person raft, and SUP trip. They are my go-to for river adventures in Moab, hands down.
Good prices. All the necessary equipment came INCLUDED with my rental. Awesome. The staff is the best part though. Super friendly, helpful, caring. Allen Is awesome. He gave great advice about where to go. A lot of these places in Moab can treat visitors like a chore, but not here.
Avoid High West. I've had friends visit with similar experiences as well.
Kim was our guide, she was amazing. We did the whole day and we used a 2 person kayak on the second half. What a great aventure. I would highly recommend this company
Great new place to rent rafting and kayaking equipment in Moab. Friendly owners who bent over backwards to help us. Brand new boats and equipment.
We went in and tried to rent paddle boards a bit later in the day due to driving in around noon. We even offered to buy a paddle board to keep a rental out a bit later than normal and return the next morning. The staff and owner were resistant. Not only that they charge nearly double everywhere else. For the same price of the rental Paddle Moab also picked us up in town and drove us all the way up the river.
